Lobster Crackers

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 package scalloped butter crackers

Directions:

1) In a large bowl, mix together lobster, mayonnaise, chives and salt.
2) Spoon equal portions onto each cracker and serve immediately.
