– Heat oil in a pan or wok. Add ginger, garlic, and the white parts of green onion; cook until fragrant.
– Add lobster tails meat-side down and sear for 2 minutes. Flip, then add soy sauce and sugar.
– Cover and steam for 3–4 minutes.
– Add broccoli and carrots, stir-fry to the preferred texture.
– If desired, add cornstarch slurry and stir until the sauce thickens.
– Serve hot with steamed rice.
