Classic Lobster Roll
- 3-4 lbs Island lobster, shelled, chopped (claws intact)
- 1 celery stalk, small dice
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp salt
- 4 split-top hot dog buns
In a large bowl, mix together lobster, mayo, lemon, celery and salt.
Fill each bun evenly with lobster mixture.
