Classic Lobster Roll

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 lbs Island lobster, shelled, chopped (claws intact)
  • 1 celery stalk, small dice
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 4 split-top hot dog buns

Directions:

In a large bowl, mix together lobster, mayo, lemon, celery and salt.

Fill each bun evenly with lobster mixture.
